Description : REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONSHISTORICAL RESOURCE CONSULTING SERVICESUNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, IRVINE ¿ MAIN CAMPUSThe University of California, Irvine requests the qualifications of firms interested in providing Historical Resource Consulting services to support campus planning efforts and capital improvement projects at its main campus in Irvine, California.The University seeks a firm with demonstrated experience and capabilities in providing services that may include but are not limited to the following:-Historic Context Statements-Historic Resource Inventories-Historic Resource Surveys and Consultation-Historic Resource Evaluations-Historic Assessments for CEQA Compliance -Secretary of the Interior Standards compliance-Masterplan and Long Range Development Plan preparation-Historic Resources and ADA complianceThe University will award a contract to one or more firms that are determined to be the best qualified based on an evaluation of the Statements of Qualifications received and interviews conducted with short-listed firms.
