Request For Qualifications To Provide Owner 2019S Project Management Services Forproposed Building & Site Design, Renovations And Construction Of Three Schools In Lebanon, Ctthe Town Of Lebanon (Hereinafter Referred To As The 201Ctown 201D And The 201Cowner 201D) Is Soliciting Statements Of Qualifications For Comprehensive Owner 2019S Project Management Services For The Renovations And Construction Of The Lebanon Public Schools, Lebanon, Connecticut ( 201Cproject 201D). This Rfq Is Not A Contract Offer, And No Contract Will Exist Unless And Until A Written Contract Is Signed By The First Selectman Of The Town Of Lebanon And The Successful Proposer.Interested Parties Should Submit A Statement Of Qualifications In Accordance With The Requirements And Directions Contained In This Rfq. Proposers Are Prohibited From Contacting Any Town Employee, Officer Or Official Concerning This Rfq, Except As Set Forth In Section 6. A Proposer 2019S Failure To Comply With This Requirement May Result In Disqualification.
