The Naugatuck Valley Council Of Governments (Nvcog) And The Ct Brownfield Land Bank, Inc. (Ctblb) Are Requesting Qualifications From Ct Licensed Environmental Firms To Be Placed On The Regional Brownfields Partnership 2019S Qualified Environmental Professional/Licensed Environmental Professional Short-List Where The Selected Firms Will Be Given The Opportunity To Submit Responses To Specific-Site Request For Proposals On All Nvcog And Ctblb Funded Projects.The Rbp Is A Network Of 25 Municipalities Eligible To Receive State And Federal Funding Administered By Nvcog, While The Ctblb, Inc. Is A Non-Profit 501C(3) Eligible To Assist State-Wide On All Brownfield Related Matters. The Rbp Executive Committee, Ctblb, And Nvcog Staff Implement And Provide Technical Assistance On All Brownfield Related Tasks Available To Municipalities, Non-Profit Organizations, And Other Private Entities.
