Description:
The City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified firms with the intent of procuring the services of up to three (3) or more firms capable of providing transportation planning and engineering services.It is the intent of the City of Rancho Cordova to select three (3) or more consulting firms. Each selected firm will enter into multi-year Professional Services Agreement with the Cit of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department to provide transportation planning and engineering services on an \"on-call\" basis. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following:Local Traffic Analyses and Traffic Impact AnalysesTransportation PlanningTravel Demand Model review and guidanceTraffic Safety Operations Analysis and Signal TimingTransportation Engineering Design ServicesGrant Application SupportPlans and Feasibility StudiesPlan Check/Plan ReviewTraffic Calming DesignRoundabout Design and ReviewPost-Project EvaluationCommunity EngagementGeneral Staff Support and Municipal Administrative ServicesStaff Training and Capacity BuildingTransit Planning and ProgrammingActive Transportation Planning and EngineeringQuick-Build DesignsEach master agreement with a selected Consultant will be for a term of three (3) years with two one-year renewal options. Final contract amounts will be determined based on the anticipated workload over the next budget cycle and the final number of consultants selected. Work will be assigned by issuance of Tasks Orders with agreed upon amounts, charged against the total available funds in the master agreement. Once these limits are reached or may possibly be reached with the next available task order, the City will not issue a task order for that particular contract. Instead, the City will have the option of renewing the existing agreement or issuing a new RFP or RFQ that will be made available to any and all interested firms.The tasks will require a full-service consult...
