Description : The Department of State Hospitals-Atascadero is currently seeking bids for HF & Bulk Apple Juice. Please see the attached Request for Quotation #25IR023.If there are questions or clarification is needed about the goods being sought or the instructions and/or requirements of the solicitation, Bidders shall notify DSH immediately via email at ASHProcurement@dsh.ca.gov. The level of detail that shall be provided in response is subject to the availability of DSH resources. DSH shall respond to questions via an Addendum to the solicitation with all questions and answers posted on California e-Procure (www.caleprocure.ca.gov).NOTE: It is the responsibility of the bidder to check California e-Procure for changes within the RFQ as all questions, answers, and addendums wll be posted there.
