Description:
The City of Hazelwood is working with the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) to implement a program designed to help the owners of properties that have a history of flooding by acquiring and demolishing the properties to eliminate the risk of future flood damage. In accordance with the buyout policy, the City of Hazelwood intends to procure a State board certified and licensed appraisal company to complete the appraisals of these properties.Please provide letterhead quotations with contact information in a sealed, opaque envelope to the City of Hazelwood at 415 Elm Grove Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63042 not later than 10:00 AM on Monday, September 15, 2025.
