Description
This is a request for quote for one (1) MRI Patient Monitoring System (Brand Name or Equal) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX 78236. The NAICS code is 423450 - Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers and the size standard is 200 employees. This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA301624Q5180. Please see the attached Schedule of Supplies and Salient Characteristics for the requested items for this requirement.
