BACKGROUND
Firm Fixed-Price, Non- Personal Service, is to provide FDA certified blood products from an accredited blood distribution center for packed Red Blood Cells, Fresh frozen plasma, and platelets as well as high complexity laboratory testing to ensure components are compatible for transfusion.
2.0 OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of the Medical Laboratories services is to provide the Indian Health Service at the Standing Rock Hospital Fort Yates, North Dakota

4.0 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS
The contractor is required to follow all federal, state and local requirements pertaining to Medical Laboratories services in the Lab Department.
