We are inquiring as to the interest of vendors to compete for this requirements and the capability to execute the stated requirements below:
Req One:
WHAT: Provide pressure washer and tank with water for soldiers to pressure wash equipment in Armavir Training Area, Armenia GPS: 40.176389, 44.070833 LAT / LONG: 40*10-35” N, 44*4-15” E (military has a designated drainage area). Additionally, conduct African Swine Flu disinfection to include labor, chemical, and any protective gear required WHEN: Begin 21-25 AUG 25Req Two:
WHAT: Linehaul equipment from Armavir Training Area, Armenia: GPS: 40.176389, 44.070833 LAT / LONG: 40*10-35” N, 44*4-15” E to the port of Poti, Georgia. Includes MHE to load and off load vehicles and equipment. WHEN: Begin 23 AUG 25 in Armavir and complete in the port of Poti, GEO no later than 30 AUG 25. 151 Items total (This info is for both requirement one and two). Vehicles, Generators, and Tricons/Quadcons Max Height: 450cm / 180in Max Width: 270cm / 108in Max Length: 1023cm / 409in Max Weight: 24591kg / 54100lbs Req Three:
WHAT: Move equipment from Duelman Barracks, Germany (Duelman, Germany) to Zar Base, Armenia (GPS: 40.2504124, 44.7350356 or LAT / LONG: 40*15-1.4826” N, 44*44-6.1296” E) and return back to Dulman, barracks. This would include all Material Handling Equipment, Mode of shipment (Linehaul, Sealift, port handling). Additionally includes washing and disinfection for African swine flu in Armenia. Location for washing does not have to be at Zar base, but must be identified to be able to inspect equipment. Equipment cannot be transported through Russia, Turkiye, or Azerbaijan due to diplomatic clearance challenges.
