Military Trail,West Palm Beach, FL 33410The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide full maintenance services on 130 Stryker Zoom Stretchers located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. . Must provide service calls Mon-Fri weekly 8 am to 5 PM, and after-hours emergency service calls. Unlimited number of repairs or replacements of equipment due to damage associated with normal use, and wear, including all parts and labor. PM Service for all equipment once a year. Provide loaner equipment during the time that the original equipment is in vendors possession for repair. Have 24-hour access to all needed parts required for repairs. Provide certification documentation within 24 hours for all equipment tested. No additional information is available currently.
