Description : Removal and disoosal of existing shingles on the Lahaina Comprehensive Health Center,. Install new underlayment to entire sloped roof area, and install new Certainteed Landmark Pro Shingles on all areas where shingles were removed.. Color to be chosen. Install new CertainTeed Shadow Ridge hip and ridge shingles. Install new 16 oz. copper drip edge where applicable and reuse existing step flashings and roof to wall..Install new lead boots at plumbing vents embedded in compatible sealant. Reuse existing J-Vent flashings. Due to proximity to the ocean, use stainless steel nails of appropriate size for overhang, field and ridge cap.Attic space is partially insulated. The building was tent fumigated during July, 2024. Gutter work will be completed in a separate CIP.Working hours will be from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, M-F excluding holidays. Due to the need to provide services to the residents of Lahaina, the building will remain open for operations. Restrooms will be available.Target date for completion is June 30, 2025.
