The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to repair and restore a brick chimney located on the roof of a residence located in the surroundings of Brussels Capital, Belgium.

Contract Type & Duration
The resulting contract will be an stand alone (C) firm-fixed-price contract.

Site Visit
A site visit is organized by the US Embassy. All contractors intending to submit a bid must attend the site visit. The time and date will be stated in the solicitation.

Registration Requirements
All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete their registration in advance.
