The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for the repair and restoration of the brick chimney on the roof of a residence building located in the Brussels Capital Region, Belgium. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
Scope of Work*:
Paint removal, brick masonry repairs, and repainting of all four sides of the chimney. Removal of the old exhaust system and repair of the chimney/roof area where the old exhaust system was in place. Use of high-quality, first-class materials and fittings.*Detailed scope of work to be found in the RFP
Site visit: A site visit is organised for this RFP and scheduled for February 28th 2025. Interested offeros must submit the registration form before noon on February 27th 2025.
