This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for market research purposes to determine the availability, capability, and interest of small business firms for a potential Government requirement. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE; requests for a solicitation will go unanswered. No award will be made from this Notice. Responses will be used to determine potential acquisition strategies, understand current market capabilities, and to gain knowledge of potential sources.
GENERAL SCOPE:
MOTCO Resident Office Upgrades project includes renovations to a 3200 Square Foot building in preparation for personnel to move from trailers to the existing building 262. Renovations include: asbestos abatement and lead removal, updates to the existing electrical panel, redistribution of electrical/ telecom/data wiring to connect with future systems furniture accommodating the new building layout, replacement of lighting, replacement of broken window panes, HVAC duct cleaning, removal of existing furniture, replacement of 3 exterior doors and hardware, exterior and interior paint, replacement of carpet, replacing VAT with VCT, repairs to sidewalk, repair of damaged walls and ceiling tiles, cleaning of window screens, as well as providing and installing window shades.
The anticipated requirement may result in a solicitation issued late-September 2025.
If solicited, the Government intends to award the contemplated requirement as a firm-fixed-price contract by early-December 2025. The Government estimates that construction of the anticipated requirement can be completed within 160 calendar days.
