Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing the United State Embassy Jerusalem with Residential Interior Painting services. Total amount of estimated lines needed are 150 per year. Please note this is only an estimated quantity. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be published on SAM.GOV on April 30th, 2025.

The offeror is encouraged to be registered and complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in SAM accessed through http://www.sam.gov
A Site visit will be held on May 7th, 2025 at The Embassy Branch Office Tel Aviv, Herzelia Annex building, 11 Galgalai Haplada St., Herzelia Pituach, Entrance B, 3rd Floor.
