Description
The U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway has a requirement for the instsallation of residential landscape lighting . The construction effort is estimated to be in the range between USD 25,000 and USD 100,000 and needs to be completed within 90 calendar days.
This announcement constitutes the releae of the solicitation and offers are being requested. The solicitation number is 19N06025Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses.
All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work in accoradance with the solicitation requierments.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site-visit and all prospective offerors are invited to attend (see Section J of the attached Request for Quotation for details). All visitors will be provided with an opportunity to take all measurements. For site-visit registration please provide your company contact information, names of visitors, telephone number and email address no later than 16:00 Oslo local time June 30, 2025, to OsloGSOBids@state.gov
All quotations must be prepared in the English language and submitted by e-mail on or before 16:00 Oslo local time August 1, 2025, to OsloGSOBids@state.gov with subject line “Residential Landscape Lighting Project - 19N06025Q0005”. No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline.
SAM Registration:
According to FAR 4.1102 in case the amount of offer/contract action exceeds $30,000, all prospective offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM): www.sam.gov at the time an offer or quotation is submitted, during performance and through the final payment.
