The U.S. Embassy Copenhagen has a requirement for a firm to replace and furnish existing residential windows at one of its government-owned (GO) residences located in the Greater Copenhagen area.
The construction effort is estimated to be in the range between USD 25,000 and USD 100,000. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range.
Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Denmark. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference and site visit on June 12, 2025, at 13:00 (local time) at the site where the work is to be performed (address to be provided upon written request).
