Description:
What is the solicitation method?The County is seeking a consultant to provide implementation and administration services of Sarasota Countys Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant funded housing programs addressing damage caused by Hurricanes Debby, Helene, and Milton in 2024. Services will include oversight and support of grant programs, compliance with applicable laws, regulations and grant provisions and implementing a System of Record.The County anticipates awarding a Consultant Agreement to run for the duration of the Project.Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.This project includes CDBG-DR grant funding. All applicable grant terms are included in OpenGov and shall control over any contract terms in the draft contract.Grant documents that require Bidder-s signature will be available in the Vendor Questionnaire section.Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
