This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for RFQ 2032H8-25-Q-00017 for a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed priced contract, with a period of performance of One (1) Twelve-month base period, and Three (3) Twelve-month option periods, for a “Resource Scheduler Software Annual Maintenance Agreement” with FM:Systems Group LLC. The Resource Scheduler Software is proprietary software and FM Systems is the only source that can perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective action to keep the existing system functioning.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services with a Small Business Size Standard is $34 million. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package will be issued. However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the services/supplies as detailed above. Responses may be sent via e-mail to Michael D. Kreacic at Michael.D.Kreacic@irs.gov. Any information received because of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Submission of information does not guarantee this requirement to become a competitive procurement. A determination will be made by the Government to not open the requirement to full and open competition, based on response to this notice, and is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submissions shall be submitted to the Government by no later than 04/01/2025 at 12:00 PM ET. After which time the Government intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order to FM:Systems Group.
