Description
This project will address maintenance and repair work needed on a precast concrete restroom/shower building in the Clear Lake State Park Campgrounds. Work includes precast joint treatments, new standing seam roof, exterior and interior concrete painting, concrete patching and repair, resinous flooring, replacing exhaust fans, replacing shower valves, replacing lighting fixtures and installing sensors and timers.
