All Interior Fixtures, Doors, And Locks To Be Selected By The Vendor And Should Match The Restrooms Current Locations. The Goal Is To Have All The Same Interior Fixtures, Doors, And Locks At All Outdoor Park Facilities. Restrooms At Both Homer Leggett And Ben Hill Strickland Parks Will All Require The Same Lockable, Exterior Entry Doors With One Master Key. At This Time, Only One Restroom At Bhs Park Has An Exterior Door That Will Require Replacement To Match The Newly Created Exterior Doors For The Other Restrooms. All Interior Fixtures, Doors, And Locks To Be Selected By The Vendor And Should Be Included In The Bid For Committee To Review. Fixtures Should Be Relatively Easy To Maintain, Clean, And Withstand Changing Weather Conditions And Heavy Park Usage. One Restroom Is Defined As One Men¿s / Women¿s Restroom Set. There Are Three Total Restrooms. Homer Leggett Dog Park Has More Extensive Exterior Work, Including Drainage Installation.
