February 21, 2025 - Amendment 005 (Update to CY 2025 Annual Amendment) - Attached
Amendment 005 is issued to the Retardant On-Demand solicitation, updating the solicitation and relevant clauses and provisions for the calendar year 2025. All Offerors must submit a completed and signed SF-1449, completed Section B Schedule of Items, and provide responses to Section E.7. Quotation format is specified in Section E Solicitation Provisions. Please see the attached amended solicitation - Solicitation 1202SC21Q0004 A005 022125.pdf including the revised due date of the solicitation to 03/03/2025 @ 1430 MT.
Quotations may be submitted at any time prior to the due date and the Government reserves the right to award Blanket Purchase Agreements at any time, provided the Offeror meets all requirements specified and pricing is determined to be considered fair and reasonable. All responsible Offerors and suitable offers will be considered by the USDA Forest Service. The effective period of the resultant BPAs will be from date of establishment through 31 December 2031 with annual reviews happening around the end of each current year. The BPA period of performance will be from date of established BPA to 31 December 2025. All Offerors must have an active registration in SAM.GOV at the time of submission in order to be considered. Any Offeror that does not have an active SAM.GOV registration will be rejected as non-responsive.
