This requirement is for lodging; conference space; developmental activities; food; and eating area with set-up, serving, and cleaning service. The space must have the capacity to host up at a minimum 40 couples or 30 singles in a relaxed, non-stressful environment. The space must be at least 40 miles from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK and be open during all seasons, year-round. The Contractor shall also have the capability to accept payment via Government Purchase Card.
