Operational Logistics (OL) of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), intends to procure reusable insulated shipping containers (ISCs) that will be deployed for normal use, during emergencies, and special events to enable SNS to pack, load, and ship temperature-controlled Medical Countermeasures (MCMs). The ISCs must maintain content at temperatures between -25oC and -15oC, without the use of dry-ice, ice packs, or foam-based insulation for at least 96 hours of in-transit shipping that may occur on short notice, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, to anywhere in the United States and international locations. The contractor shall provide ISCs meeting the payload/dimensional specifications, technical specifications, and validation requirements specified in the Statement of Work. - Documents:
