Prior HRSA grants sought to fund programs that offered three components. The first is to promote behavioral health integration into pediatric primary care by offering a psychiatric consultation service to help providers with questions relating to medications, diagnosis, and general behavioral and mental health concerns. The second involves care coordination, support, and a referral process to help providers connect patients to additional resources.
