The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information regarding the availability of Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) system(s) capable of providing an application to support customer relationship management, workflow management, data and document management, geospatial data collection and integration, water permit records management, and data analytics.When preparing and submitting a response to this RFI, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative.
