The purpose of this RFI is to: Request information from the vendors with considerable experience in manufacturing Passport-style Book Hinge Material. The US Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking industry solutions for creating and manufacturing the Passport-style Book Hinge Material. Identify vendors capable of designing and manufacturing Passport-style Book Hinge Material. Timeline and Process: RFI is posted for responses on September 17, 2025 and responses will be received no later than October 8, 2025, 17:00 EDT. Questions are due no later than September 24, 2025, 17:00 EDT. GPO will review and evaluate. RFP issuance: GPO projects that the RFP will be issued in late 2025.
