- 1. Title: CAVHS Maintenance and services for government Steris Sterilization
2. Purpose: The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, located at Galleria Financial Center, 5075 Westheimer Rd, Ste 750, Houston, TX 77030, hereby issues the following Sources Sought to Request Information (RI) with the intent of determining the contractor interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential businesses to provide maintenance and services for government Steris Sterilization units at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) at the John L. McClellan Medical Centers (JLMMC) in Little Rock, AR.
Contractors shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, lodging, software, installation, maintenance, service, calibration, inspections, adjustments, license, certification, personnel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, (OEM) training certificates for personnel, OEM certification, troubleshooting, repairs and supervision.
This Sources Sought will be used to determine if a set-aside for any small business program is appropriate. Government anticipates competitive, firm fixed price contract. Please review this announcement and respond to questions below as well as provide contractors capabilities, copies of certifications, license, OEM training, OEM certification, capability to obtain OEM parts to provide services and maintenance for the government equipment.
Government requests that interested offerors complete all questions below, provide required documentation, descriptive literature, OEM training, and OEM certification to provide maintenance and service for government equipment. The Government is in no way obligated to do business with or to enter into any form of contract with any person, firm or other entity that receives or responds to this announcement.
