Solicitation/RFO announcement for the FAA Eastern Region Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Design-Build of a new RDG ATCT project in Reading, PA. This is the SIR Phase 1, whcich is the pre-qualifications to down-select offerors to then receive the RFO Phase 2 Solicitation, as described in the SIR document attached herein.

The performance period is 930 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
