The master plan will focus on the following areas: spatial design, financial planning, and development of available cemetery space remaining according to industry standards and best practices; ensuring compliance with all regulations (legislation, statutes, codes) relating to municipal cemetery operations and administration for the City-s only current cemetery and develop administrative spaces and improvements to the grounds.
