Tender are invited for The Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Water, is soliciting proposals for contractual assistance in the development of a draft policy and implementation protocols for delineating those waters of the state that may be subject to §402 of the Clean Water Act (i.e., Waters of the U.S.) should a wastewater discharge permit be proposed under Alaska regulations at 18 AAC 83 and in accordance with recent litigation (i.e. Sackett Supreme Court Decision (2023), Army Corps of Engineers/Environmental Protection Agency publications, and lower court holdings issued since 2023.Deadline for receipt of proposals: No later than 11:00 a.m. prevailing Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on May 7, 2025, as indicated by email time stamp.
