Tender are invited for The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Spill Prevention and Response (SPAR) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional consultation services for munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), unexploded ordnance (UXO), and chemical weapons material (CWM) investigation and remediation. Services procured under this contract will be in accordance with technical requirements within the “Oil and Other Hazardous Substances Pollution Control” regulations (18 AAC 75), applicable federal regulations, and Department of Defense (DOD) policy.
