Description
The U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has a requirement for the acquisition of Landscaping and Ground Maintenance Services at the U.S. Consulate General Compound located in Muhammadiyah District Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
The Contractor shall perform Landscaping and ground maintenance services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Consulate General, Jeddah. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for Standard Routine Service.
The Period of Performance is Base period of twelve months and four (one-year) option years.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the lowest prices, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
