- The City Of Stockbridge (hereafter Referred To As ¿the City¿) Is Issuing This Request For Proposals To Qualified Consultants To Update Its Unified Development Code (udc) And Sign Ordinance To Align With The 2028 Comprehensive Plan And Other Adopted City Plans. The Project Includes Reorganizing Zoning Regulations, Add Recently Approved Text Amendments, Resolve All Conflicts With Other City Plans And The City Code Ordinances, Refining Design Standards For Commercial, Industrial, And Residential Zoning Districts, And Enhancing User Accessibility Through Illustrations And Digital Formats. A Robust Public Engagement Process Will Be Implemented To Ensure Community-supported Outcomes, Including Stakeholder Meetings, Workshops, And Charrettes. Final Deliverables Will Include Revised Zoning And Sign Ordinances, A Project Management Plan, A Public Engagement Strategy, And A Comprehensive Final Report.
