The Cherokee County Board Of Commissioners Purchasing Department (county), In Support Of The Cherokee County Sheriff¿s Office, Is Requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals To Install Three (3) New 1,000 Gal. Hot Water Tanks, And Remove Existing 1,200 Gal. Tanks For The Cherokee County Adult Detention Center, Ensuring No Substantial Disruption To Hot Water Supply During The Installation Process. This Project Includes The Supply Of All Necessary Materials, Obtaining Permits (county Projects Still Require Permitting, But, If County Permits Are Required, The Contractor Must Still Obtain, But Will Not Be Charged Fees For Permits Required For A County Funded Project) And All Final Inspection, And Performing All Required Labor To Complete The Project As Described Herein. Proposals / Bids Must Be Based On A Maximum Calendar Days Set Aside For This Project: 45 From The Notice To Proceed. Project Must Meet The Specifications And As Described Herein. There Will Be A Mandatory Meeting To Review The Requirements.
