- The Cherokee County Board Of Commissioners Purchasing Department (county) Is Requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals In Support Of Cherokee County Procurement Modernization Of Procurement Operations To Meet Current Best Practices In Public Sector Sourcing. As Procurement Volume, Complexity, And Transparency Demands Increase, The County Recognizes The Need To Implement A Digital Procurement Solution Tailored To Public Sector Requirements. The System Should Facilitate The Entire Procurement Lifecycle, From Departmental Requisition Intake Through Solicitation, Vendor Engagement, Evaluation, And Award Processes, Meeting The Stated Objectives And As Described Herein. There Will Not Be A Mandatory Meeting To Review The Requirements. The Meeting Will Be Held At The Proposed Work Site And Will Include Walking The Area. All Times In The Solicitation Are Local Times To Cherokee County, Georgia In The Eastern Time Zone. This Request For Proposals Is One Of Two Documents Making Up This Solicitation.
