- The City Of Perry Is Seeking Consultant(s) To Review Existing Planning Documents, Collect And Synthesize Demographic And Other Relevant Data, And Conduct Robust Public And Stakeholder Outreach To Develop A Comprehensive Plan Incorporating Goals And Objectives To Address Growth Management Policies, Annexation Strategies, Capital Improvements, And Service Provision Over A 20-year Time Horizon. The Plan Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Dca Rules, Chapter 110-12-1, Et Seq..
