Request for Proposals - RFP 2025-077, Development Services for East Waco Property.Sealed Proposals will beaccepted at the City of Waco-s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4thStreet, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 23, 2025. The City of Waco is seeking proposals for the developmentof city-owned land located within an existing historic neighborhood. Theproposed area is comprised of several lots making up a total of approximately4.59 acres. The property is generally located along Taylor Street betweenSpring Street and Cherry Street, 121 Cherry Street and 936 Earle Avenue, Waco,Texas 76704 (“Project Area”). Electricity and natural gas are available at thedeveloper-s cost. Water and sewer are subject to capacity.
