Description:
The City of Maryville requests formal bids through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for concrete construction services. The successful bidder(s) will provide concrete construction and repairs of street pavement, curbs, and sidewalks at various locations throughout the City. Attached is the bid package for the 2025 Concrete Panel Replacement Contract. Please return bids no later than 10:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, May 22, 2025, to the City Clerk-s office, 415 North Market Street, Maryville, Missouri, 64468, in a sealed envelope, marked “ 2025 CONCRETE PANEL REPLACEMENT PROJECT.” The City of Maryville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City will accept the bid which it deems to be in the best interest of the City and will not necessarily be bound to accept the lowest bid. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of Section 285.530 RSMo, E-Verify, and OSHA Safety Training. Any required permits will be the responsibility of the Contractor, along with all design criteria necessary for the construction/permitting process.
