- This Request For Proposals (rfp) For The East Perry Sewer Outfall Phase Iiia (project) Invites Proposals According To The Requirements Set Forth In This Rfp, Including The Format And Content Guidelines In Section 5. The Proposals Will Be Reviewed And Evaluated Using A Best-value Selection Process Described In Section 6. At Completion Of The Evaluation Process, The City Of Perry (owner) Will Select A Proposer To Award, Or Enter Into Negotiations For Award Of, The Cmar Contract [see Attachment F (draft Cmar Contract)]. The Capitalized Terms In This Rfp Have The Meanings As First Used In The Text Of This Rfp And/or As Defined In Attachment A (definition Of Terms). The Project Is To Be Designed And Constructed In Two Phases Using The Construction Management At-risk (cmar) Delivery Method. ¿ Preconstruction Phase: Cmar Firm Will Provide Preconstruction Services (as Described In Attachment B, Scope Of Cmar Services) To Support The Owner¿s Chosen Design Engineer In Developing The Design.
