Tender are invited for RFP 2026-0500-0017 Technical Advisory CommitteeThe Department of Education and Early Development (DEED), Division of Finance and Support Services, is soliciting proposals for a vendor to organize, facilitate, and provide technical support as a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The TAC is an interstate team of experts in the areas of assessment and accountability that work with DEED staff to ensure that Alaska is administering a valid and reliable assessment as well as a meaningful accountability system for schools and districts. The TAC will advise DEED staff on a variety of issues surrounding the statewide summative assessment, the alternative summative assessment, the statewide assessment for English learners and the alternate assessment for English learners, and Alaska-s literacy screener.Alaska requires a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to provide information and guidance regarding technical issues with assessments and school accountability.
