Description : ***Notice of Cancellation Posted 02/20/2025******Addendum 1 Posted 1/14/2025******Questions and Answers uploaded as of 1/7/2025.***The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is soliciting proposals from firms that areable to perform telephone-based survey data collection services and perform necessaryactivities to fulfill the requirements of the California Behvioral Risk Factor Surveillane System (CABRFSS) per the detailed SOW. The Contractor will adhere to all guidelines required by CDPHand Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding BRFSS, and all datacollected relating to the survey must be edited, cleaned, and transmitted to both CDPH andCDC in accordance with the specified protocol of data delivery. Proposals must address allthe services described in Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work.
