The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (hereinafter referred to as Metro Fire or the District) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Contractor) to provide the highest level of janitorial cleaning and maintenance services (Services) at the following locations:Metro Fire Headquarters, 1st and 2nd Floors10545 Armstrong Ave., Mather, CA 95655 Metro Fire Logistics Division3012 Gold Canal Dr., Rancho Cordova, CA 95670Metro Fire Training Division3121 Gold Canal Dr., Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 Sacramento County Sheriff-s Department 2101 Hurley Way, Sacramento, CA 95825Metro Fire Communications Division 4427 Dudley Blvd., McClellan Park, CA 95652Metro Fire Fleet Division 4425 Dudley Blvd., McClellan Park, CA95652 This RFP articulates the required routine and periodic cleaning services, tasks, standards, requirements, and frequencies of the above referenced locations. All square footage figures stated within this RFP are estimated. Contractors are responsible for verifying the square footage during the mandatory job-walk prior to the submission deadline. Contractors shall provide services in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Prior to submitting a proposal, Contractors are advised to carefully read this RFP in its entirety.
