- The Project Will Consist Of The Removal Of Existing Ada Ramp And Design And Build (db) Of A Replacement Ramp At The Briarwood Park Recreation Center. The Project Will Include, But Not Be Limited To, The Following: ¿ Review Site Data. ¿ Determine And Provide Design Schedule Of Work. ¿ Submit List Of Required Permits. ¿ Design Site, Site Utilities, Building And Foundation System. ¿ Coordinate All Underground Utility Locates If Necessary. ¿ Submit Db Design Development And Db Construction Documents For Review And Approval. ¿ Secure All Necessary Permits. ¿ Provide Schedule Of Construction Work. ¿ Secure Work Area And Provide For Continued Access To The Facility. ¿ Construct Project. ¿ Schedule All Inspections Based On Any Permit Obtained. ¿ Provide As-constructed Drawings.
