- Forsyth County, Georgia (the ¿county¿), Is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Mechanical Contractor Firms To Provide A Variety Of Preventative And/or Corrective Maintenance Services For The Forsyth County Department Of Water & Sewer. The County Intends To Award This Contact To Multiple Independent Contractors. Types Of Work That Is Included In This Contact Include Mechanical And Minor Electrical Rehabilitation Of A Sanitary Pump Station, Pump Installation, Chemical Feed System Modifications, Replacement Of A Concrete Weir Box, Odor Control Ducting/fan Replacement, And Investigation And Repair Of Leaks In Underground Piping. The Initial Term Of The Contract Will Be The Calendar Year 2025, With The Option To Renew The Services On An Annual Basis For Calendar Years 2026, 2027, 2028 And 2029. It Is The County¿s Intent That This Request For Proposal (¿rfp¿) Permit Competition.
