Tender are invited for RFP 2526H021RFP TITLE: STATEWIDE FREIGHT PLAN 2026-2056 FEDERALLY FUNDEDBody of Notice: The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Program Management and Administration (PMA), is soliciting proposals to result in a single contract award to a qualified entity for a consultant-led update of the Statewide Freight Plan in compliance with 49 U.S.C. § 70202. The plan will develop and implement a public involvement plan, with an emphasis on collaboration between public and private stakeholders, develop a comprehensive freight plan that addresses current and future freight transportation needs, conduct quantitative freight demand forecasting to support infrastructure and policy decisions, identify and prioritize key infrastructure improvements and policy recommendations.
