This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Is Issued By The Town Of Stafford ( 201Ctown 201D) To Solicit Proposals From Qualified Entities For The Adaptive Reuse Of The Former And Vacant Earl M. Witt Intermediate School Building, Located At 20 Hyde Park Road In Stafford, Connecticut. The Town Seeks To Identify A Qualified Developer Or Development Team 2014Whether For-Profit Or Nonprofit 2014With The Capacity, Creativity, And Experience To Transform The Former School Into A Dynamic And Productive Facility. A Variety Of Development Approaches Are Welcome 2014Including Full Or Partial Adaptive Reuse, Selective Demolition, And Compatible New Construction 2014With A Strong Preference For Designs That Preserve The Unique Architectural Elements Of The Original Structure. The Town Has Not Established A Minimum Bid Or Sale Price. Proposals Will Be Evaluated Based On Overall Project Merit, Alignment With Community Goals, Development Feasibility, Public Benefits, And The Respondent 2019S Capacity To Execute The Project.
