- The County of San Benito proposes to replace the Rosa Morada Road Bridge (Bridge No. 43C-0041) over Arroyo Dos Picachos with a new clear span, concrete slab, bridge that will accommodate two traffic lanes and two four-foot shoulders. The project would include approach work to correct sag issues and to align the approaches with the new bridge. The basic elements of this project include:Construction of a temporary on-site detourRemoval of the existing Rosa Morada Road BridgeRaising the east approach to eliminate sag and avoid potential for over-topping during floodingConstruction of a new Rosa Morada Road Bridge.We invite you to participate in this opportunity, Request for Proposal (RFP). If you are interested, the RFP package may be downloaded from the OpenGov Procurement Portal.Notice is hereby given that proposals MUST be electronically submitted via said eProcurement Portal, no later than Proposal Submission Time, Pacific Standard Time (PST), on Proposal Submission Date at which time, the County will access and evaluate all proposals in accordance with the County of San Benito-s evaluation criteria.
