The existing building at 322 St. Paul Street is a two-story 4390 square feet historic building. The building will be vacant for construction. CHT seeks to renovate the existing building and adjoin it to a new addition approximately 6900 square feet in size, to create a new multifamily residential building of 10 individual apartments and substantial community space to serve residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
