The Revaluation Will Ensure Fair And Equitable Property Assessments In Accordance With State And Local Laws. At The Time Of Completion, The Company Shall Submit Tangible Products Consisting Of, But Not Limited To, A Microsoft Sql Server Database That Will Be Compatible With The Counties Version Of Microsoft Sql Server And The Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (cama) System, A Grading Manual For Residential Improvements, Ratio Studies, Market Analysis Worksheets And Any Other Documents.
